Gagan Gupta Named NC Rising Star
Join us in congratulating our very own, Gagan Gupta, who has been has been selected as a Rising Star by North Carolina Lawyers Weekly Magazine.
According to the magazine, “this program recognizes lawyers who have been out of law school 10 years or less and have already made a strong impact in the legal community. Criteria for selection include: career accomplishments, contributions to the profession, contributions to the development of the law, contributions to the bar and the state and efforts to increase access to justice.”
Mr. Gupta has spent his time at the Paynter Firm helping businesses navigate their insurance policies to secure coverage in light of COVID-related business losses. His lead insurance case was the first in the nation to achieve a landmark victory and secure a ruling in favor of policyholders. We look forward to seeing what Gagan will accomplish with our team in the years to come!
