Natalya Ares is a litigation paralegal with Paynter Law. She is a paralegal for matters involving complex litigation, lithium-ion battery litigation, mass torts, class actions, and insurance disputes. Her responsibilities include tasks such as performing legal research, corresponding with current and potential clients, and organizing client files and documents.

Natalya grew up in Rockville, Maryland and went on to earn her undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond, where she was a member of the varsity swim team. Natalya went on to earn her master’s degree from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment and upon graduation, moved to Washington, DC to intern for the UN Environment Programme. She brings to the Paynter Law Firm experience as both a litigation paralegal and as a data analyst. In her free time, Natalya enjoys weightlifting, cooking, and hiking with her husband and her dog.
